Calgary Tennis Club Winter Hall Rentals
Benefit from the Calgary Tennis Club clubhouse during the off season to host Birthday or Christmas parties, corporate meetings, sports club gatherings or any other social event! With affordable rental rates and friendly, dedicated staff during every event, CTC is the place to be in the Winter!
Calgary Tennis club boasts a rental hall featuring:
- Capacity of 90 people indoors including dining area, lounge seating and games space
- Outdoor deck with seating and heaters
- Drinks and snacks (available for purchase)
- Full-service bathroom and locker room on lower level
- Kitchen to store and prepare your food (industrial fridge and freezer, BBQ, microwaves, toasters) – no oven
- Entertainment including: 2 big screen TV’s; Ping Pong table; Foosball table; (poker set-up & beer pong - optional)
- Ongoing communication with CTC manager before your event to make sure all your needs and set up requirements are met
- Dedicated staff member to ensure your event runs smoothly!
For a two-hour rental : $50.00
Each additional hour : $30.00
Additional rental options:
Food and Drink packages available : keep it simple by letting us order you pizza, or make it classy with a full catered buffet, and pre-purchase discounted drink tickets to keep your party going – Please ask for additional options and associated costs
Karaoke machine rental : $350.00 (please allow at least two weeks’ notice to book)
DJ services : Plenty of space for epic dance floor and the services of Soundwave Productions - $400.00
Party Magician services : $150
** Based on the nature of your rental, an $80 club cleaning fee will be added, at the discretion of the Club Manager **
