HIRING FOR LANDSCAPERS
Yard Busters Landscaping is seeking landscapers for the 2019 construction & maintenance season. Our work setting is residential, where we work directly with homeowner to build & maintain the landscapes they desire.
We offer Synthetic grass including putting greens, Xeriscaping for low maintenance yards, Patio stones and garden walls, Decks & fences, Landscape lighting including Christmas Lights, RGB strip lighting and underground low voltage lighting and finally Landscape maintenance including Lawn and snow removal.
Through the winter we have an amazing opportunity to keep fit, and make a reasonable income. Our residential snow routes begin between 6am and 7am and run 7 days a week.
If you work independently through winter, and focused on your health, then our outdoor residential landscaper team position is a fantastic opportunity. Our work environment is encouraging and will offer the right people a chance to learn and an opportunity to grow.
Our guaranteed wage is offered through the March 31. It ranges from $2400 to $2800 depending on the workload, experience and skills.
The successful Winter landscaper will be offered summer work at $18-24 per hour plus over-time.
The successful candidate must have or provide:
• A valid Drivers license with Clean driver’s abstract
• Criminal record check
• Exceptional Physicality
• A cell phone
• Respectful effective communication
• Exceptional Customer service and an eye for detail
• Able to work independently
The successful candidate must be able to work:
Winter hours
-7 days a week through winter snow removal
-Start shift between 6am and 7am
Summer hours
5-6 days a week (Monday- Saturday)
-Start shift 7:30am-8:30am
-9 to 11 hour per day, includes over time pay
