Looking for a fun addition to our house! Walking to U of A Feb1

****Please no email**** text only**** Hey fun and friendly people! We are looking for someone to rent out the basement suite in our groovey house starting dec 1st. The room is $550per month including utilities, TV and wifi. The room needs some love but for the right person could be perfect! It gets a lot of light for a basement, has a great kitchen space as well. It has queen bed . The house is in the Whyte ave neighbourhood, about a 2 minute walk to the bus which is a 10 minute ride to downtown. Its also a great location for bikers, about a 7 minute ride to downtown, 5 minute to u of a and few minutes to whyte ave! It’s great location for someone who appreciates night life. As we life few block from all the bars and clubs. So who are we? We are a group of mix international people young (and fun) (19-30), some of us are going to school and others are working. We are all pretty chill, we like to have different activities every weekend for instance, cooking different international dish, playing game or just inviting couple friends over and having some beerS. We do hang out but also appreciate alone time as well. We value openness, directness, respect, fun and kindness! Our roommate needs to be: 1.) Okay with music and noise (its prefect for musicians , so its great if you are one!) but not super noisy at night time since we work and/or go to school. 2.) Clean and tidy, there are 6 of us sharing 2 kitchen so this is a must!!! 3.) Friendly and wants to hang out with the roomies. Not all the time but enough to bond 4.) Okay with the occasional party. 5.) alcohol friendly (its not a stoney house though, just an open minded one) 6.) Dog loving and respecting, we may have small dog down the road, however right now we don’t have any dog . 7.) Address issues head on. If something is bugging you just let others know in a considerate way.
