GIRLS AND HORSES GROUP

Come join our 6 week Girls & Horses Group. This group meets once a week for one and half hours and is for girls between the ages of 8-13 years. The goal of this group is to equip girls with the skills they will need to go into their teen years making healthy choices. Working with the horses, each week we introduce, practice and discuss a different life skill. (communication, boundaries, self-care, developing self esteem, peer pressure, leadership). We play with the horses on the ground and in the saddle. No previous horse experience is necessary.
DATES Thurs, April 4, 2019 to Thurs May 9, 2019 @ 630 p.m to 8:00 pm.
