Hill Bros. Expressways Ltd. is a safety conscious PIC Carrier that is 100% E-log compliant. We are looking to hire a full time Class 1 Linehaul driver starting January 2, 2019 for an Edmonton to Calgary schedule 5 trips a week. This position departs Edmonton at 10-11 pm hauling general freight. We pay $26/hour to start for non-extended (includes 4% vp), and $28.08 (includes 4% vp). Pay increases to $27.04/hour (includes 4% vp) non-extended, and $29.12/hour (includes 4% vp) extended after 30 days. There is also a great benefit package and pension plan available after 90 days.
We also have a $2.00/hour safety bonus paid 3 times/year.

You require:
- minimum of 3 years verified tractor trailer experience
- to agree to LCV training
- a neat and clean appearance
- a positive attitude
- a clean commercial abstract no more than 30 days old
- pass a drug and alcohol test and physical exam
- supply a recent criminal check
- an AB driver license and live in the Edmonton area
- manual transmission only
- must be fluent in English; written and spoken
- attention to detail on pre and post trips
- absolutely no smoking in trucks also no pets or riders allowed in trucks
- the ability to wear all necessary PPE, including hard hats, reflective vests high top steel toes, safety glasses and gloves when necessary

Other experience would include:
- A Train experience
- Chain up experience
