Excellent condition 8.5/10 was always in a case
***After updating the phone the sound stopped working when making/receiving phone calls, The phone still plays music through the speakers though, I believe its a bug with the update. You can use bluetooth to make calls still, Not black listed, Not stolen, everything else functions perfectly***
