Face painting available for childrens' parties, fairs, festivals, etc. anywhere in Windsor-Essex County.
Base rate is $25 plus $2 per child (maximum of 150 kids). Some ballooning available on request.
I don't currently own a car so please be advised that you must provide transportation (or cab fare) if you are not on a bus route.
