Lakefront Vacation Property

Two bedroom Lake front vacation property.We have a 2 bedroom vacation property overlooking Kootenay Lake 5 minutes from Kootenay Bay.There is a large deck overlooking the lake with lots of sun exposure,table and chairs,zero gravity chairs and a BBQ.The vacation rental is approq 1400sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 queen futons in the living room to easily sleep 6.It is fully equiped with a fridge,stove,dishwasher,microwave,washer/dryer,Sat TV,Internet also all linenes and cookware.We are 10 minutes to Kokanee Springs golf course as well there are numerous hiking trails.Across the lake is Kokanee Glacier and Ainsworth Hot Springs as well as Nelson and Kaslo and more golf courses.We have a boat dock and a lakefront fire pit with great lakeviews.At least one person must be 35 or older and no stags or big parties.We do have shoulder season and weekly rates.
Two small dogs are allowed as long as they are cleaned up after and if left alone they need to be in a kennel.Send me an email if you are interested or have any questions
