JFO: Russia-led forces attack Ukraine troops twice June 30
Russia's hybrid military forces mounted two attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas on Saturday, June 30.
"The militants of the Russian occupation forces used proscribed weapons once against the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said in an update on Facebook as of 18:00 Kyiv time on June 30, 2018. "In the daytime, the enemy was firing small arms at the defenders of the town of Krasnohorivka, which is in the Donetsk sector, for half an hour, as well as launched two 120mm mines at our positions near the village of Hnutove in the Mariupol sector," the report says. The situation was rather calm in other sectors. "There have been no casualties among our troops for the current day," reads the report.
