Flange Wizard uses double lead fast threads instead of ACME threads because they are as fast, if not faster, to screw on and more importantly, we have found that ACME threads tend to loosen easier thus don't hold job as secure as our double lead fast threads.
**NOTE: -TXL model fits flanges with hole sizes to 2-7/8" in diameter. Refer to Flange Hole Diameter Reference Chart to check hole diameter.

Magnetic Circle Layout & Burning Guide

Will cut circles up to 30” in diameter (recommend Chariot Cutting Guide P/N 24219 for larger circles). Bolt circles, hole locations, baffle plate placement, and circle sectioning for any number of reasons is a snap with flange wizard®’s layout scale and sliding soapstone holder.
As a circle burning guide, use this same tool to cut a round plate; simply place the sharpened pin of the layout tool into your center punch mark and let the magnet slide down to sit firmly on the work surface. The magnet is strong enough to support the weight of your torch, which frees your hands for more cutting control.
WARNING: Never use the magnetic base or suction cups when cutting small holes. The heat will damage the magnets or the rubber suction cups. NOTE: You can cut holes as small as 4" when you remove the base.

Vial Repair Kit

#5102 This handy repair kit will make your flange wizard® hand tools like new again. Repair kit makes for easy repairs to your tools without delay. You receive a tube of sealant and two (2) replacement vials.
Remove the damaged or broken vial. Do this by cutting around the sealant plug and removing all the materials from the machined hole or slot. Place a small amount of sealant in the bottom of the hole or slot and install new vial. Fill remainders of the hole with sealant and wipe away the excess. Let sealant set up over night and your tool is ready to use again!
Magnetic Centering Heads

#65007 Multi-Hole Imager - The Multi-Hole Imager is Flange Wizard®'s newest layout tool. The strong "on and off" magnet makes positioning on a round, flat, or irregular surface easy. A "bull's eye" circular levelling vial is built in the main tower of the Multi-Hole Imager to assist in levelling the tool as required. The Multi-Hole Imager will layout round or elongated holes (ellipse) on flat material or pipe to match laterals at compound angles or at 90°. The main arm is adjustable and notched to keep it centered with the tower for true layouts.
A protractor, with adjustable shaft and sliding marking arm, fits in the main arm of the Imager allowing for layout of elliptical holes in header pipe for matching compound pipe laterals coming in to the header. It will layout matching holes in pipe for 90° saddle branches. The Imager is great for round holes in plate or elongated holes when coming in at an angle. Torch Tip Standoff

It is a great little magnetic pocket level and a third hand when doing difficult measuring jobs while working alone. Secure the end of your tape while laying out close tolerance measurements from the end or the center of your material.
This tool is machined from aluminum and anodized for a protective finish. A strong 25 pound pull magnet set in epoxy secures the tape holder to your work. There is a rare earth magnet at one end of the tool to hold your tape measure in place while laying out difficult jobs. Size is 5/8 inch square by 4 inches long.
Circle Wiz

It is especially handy for cutting out the holes for matching saddle cuts, weldolets and threadolets. Made of finished high quality steel. Will cut holes from 5/8” to 8” in diameter (recommendChariot Cutting Guide P/N 24219 for larger holes). Simply slide the center pen along the hex arm to attain the proper radius of hole desired. Place the sharpened point in your center mark and you are ready to cut.

There are two (2) stationery vials placed at 90° angles of each other and can be read from any surface of the level. If vials are damaged, just remove them and replace with a new one (VIAL REPAIR KIT p/n 5102 includes 2 vials and a tube of sealant). Flange Wizard® listens to our customers. The newest product entry to the levelling and layout tools is the STANDARD POCKET LEVEL. This 9.0" long x 1.5" wide magnetic level has three-position levelling that can be viewed clearly from almost any angle.
The STANDARD POCKET LEVEL is machined from aircraft quality aluminum and anodized for lasting beauty and protection. It is manufactured with the same high quality as our POCKET PRO LEVEL (PP-200) but designed for the tradesman who does not need the protractor degree dial. Like all of our other quality levelling tools, the STANDARD POCKET LEVEL can be repaired in the field using our vial repair kit (#5201).
Wizard Pipe Wraps

WW-16 Small wrap is 30”L x 2-5/8” W for pipes 1” to 6” in diameter.
WW-17 Medium wrap is 60”L x 3-7/8”W for pipes 2” to 16” in diameter.
WW-17A Large wrap is 120”L x 5-1/4”W for pipes 6” to 30” In diameter.
WW-19 Ex-Large Wrap is 180”L x 7”W for pipes 12” to 48” in diameter.
Screen printed tape measures (28" on Small Wrap; 36" on Medium and Large Wraps; 48" on Extra Large Wrap) which limits the need for an extra tape measure and makes mark-up much easier. They also include a circumference & quartering scale which limits the need for calculations because the exact circumference, ¼, ½ and ¾ of the circumference, plus the actual diameter of pipes 2” through 30” is printed on the outside of the wraps.
Wraps are packaged in durable, reusable containers that will hold up in your tool box.

Custom Wraps can be purchased by the foot at desired length (up to 600 feet) to accommodate larger jobs. These wraps are not screen printed.
To calculate length needed for custom wraps: L=5 x diameter of pipe
Example: 52" diameter pipe
5 x 52 = 260" (divide by 12 and round up to get number of feet needed) = 22 feet
All Wizard Pipe Wraps are made from a non-asbestos, heat-resistant material. It is a high density product for heavy duty service at temperatures up to 360° F.
