* Power jack, AC DC jack, power connector or plug is burned, broken or loose; this is the most common problem for laptops. Sometimes this work is not just as simple as replacing the jack, there might be short or burned circuit problem we need to fix first before we can replace the jack, so do not try to do it on your own or have someone work on it without experience. We have different kinds of power jacks for most of the machines. When we repair it, we will reinforce it (the motherboard is cracked on the power jack area do not give up, keep the broken motherboard piece and bring it over, we can still fix it).
* Does not power up or there is power but no boot up
* Machine works on battery but not on adaptor
* Motherboard is burned (plug in a wrong AC adaptor may cause this problem)
* Has no video, although there is power
* System hangs up or shuts down by itself (lots of laptop have this problem? CPU board problem? We fix it!)
* Overheating and fan is not running properly, fan is running but no air comes out, heatsink does not have good circulation.
* Battery does not charge, blue screen\
* Spill liquid on the keyboard and/or motherboard, disconnect the power adaptor and pull out the battery right away, do not try to power on and blow it, you will just make the problem worse, come right away to have the deep and thorough cleaning
