Welcome to Allendale Medical Clinic. We are currently looking for a Full-time or a Part-time Family Physicians who would like to stabilize and join our energetic team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a primary care physician, you should be able to:
• Perform and / or request diagnostic tests based on patients’ medical history and medical condition
• Discuss test results with patients and Makes diagnoses
• Prescribe treatment
• Administer vaccinations and perform follow-up examinations
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary
• Advise patients about disease prevention and how to maintain their good health
• Prepare medical records, clinical reports and correspondences.
• Coordinate work with all health care professionals and providers and his clinical assistants.
• May refer patients to specialists when needed for supplementary diagnosis or treatment.
• Analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Qualifications:
Competencies: Successful candidate must be proficient in each of the competencies listed below to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.
Work Experience: experience is an asset
Patient Recording Information: Enter, record and maintain all information and documentation in writing on the used software or electronically to ensure up-to-date patient history
Customer/Patient Centered: Actively strives to provide excellent patient service. Seeks to meet patient needs and demands.
Assisting and Caring for Others — Provide medical attention, emotional support to patients
Communication Skills: Demonstrate competency in communicating verbally or written and
possess the ability to communicate effectively to maximize accuracy in the delivery of patient care
Anticipated Start Date:
As soon as possible
Required license or certification:
• Certification: Possess licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta
Job Types:

Compensation for our physicians is based on a tiered percentage of billable, which we believe allows for both flexibility and maximized earning potential
