Free Room & Board for Night Shift Child Care

I work night shift and wish to find someone willing to be available for child care at night in exchange for Room & Board. My daughter is 2 years old sleeps through the night. I leave for work at 10pm, but not before putting my daughter to bed. Successful candidate would only be responsible to care for her if she wakes up in the night. My work is close and I can return anytime if my daughter becomes sick or in any emergency.
Spanish speaking candidate would be an asset
