Our growing family-run RV Dealership is seeking a new permanent full time Sales Representative to join our team. We pride ourselves on our reputation of selling quality RV’s and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. From the first time our customers walk through our doors to the time they pick up their new RV, our sales representatives team is crucial in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. At Outback RV customer satisfaction is of the utmost priority and we are looking for a professional to help reach our goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers as they shop for RV’s
Knowledge and understanding of all features, warranties, and benefits of specific RV units
Proceed through the sales of new and used RV’s
Suggest applicable and relevant up sells to ensure customer leaves pleased and with their needs met
Desired Qualifications
5+ years in a RV Sales Representative role is preferred
Competencies
Communication – Ability to communicate in English, by email, phone, and in person
Agility – Ability to anticipate changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Customer focus – Commitment to customer success and trust-building in the relationship
Networking – Ability to establish quickly and maintain relationships with various people
Team focus – Ability to build a collaborative environment conducive to employee growth
Leadership – Ability to coach, motivate, and guide employees of all skill levels
Initiative – Ability to originate actions to improve circumstances or solve problems
Organization – Ability to effectively coordinate various activities for self and others
Negotiation Skills – Ability to confidently come to agreements on pricing with customers
Willingness to learn – Ability to adapt to modern trends in the RV business
