Lolë Banff is looking for a an experienced sales associate to join our team!
We are a small team of enthusiastic, mountain-loving women who looking for someone who wants to share their love for all that Banff has to offer with our customers. Your job here is to create a unique customer service experience that focuses on genuine connections, ensuring customers look and feel their best.
Job Description:
You will assist with day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Regional Manager. You are able to work effectively without supervision and you lead by example. Your main duties include:
Provide customer service; train new sales staff; supervise team of sales associates; maintain store presentation and solve merchandising issues; maintain inventory; assist with re-ordering product; promote the Lole brand on social media; provide managerial admin. Support with payroll, end of month, etc.; liaise with Lole customer service regarding warranties and returns.
Compensation:
Hourly rate commensurate with experience. $17.50 - $19.25 per hour based on experience.
Accomodation:
Staff accommodation is not available for this position.
Education:
College level diploma/certificate or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
Qualified candidates have 3 years experience working in retail sales; experience working in customer service; experience in a leadership role that required team management and task delegation.
Requisite Skills:
Effective communicator with a strong command of the English language; strong leadership skills; committed to working as part of a team; organized; reliable; strong problem-solving skills; proficient on social media platforms; competent using standard business software, including microsoft excel, microsoft word, google chrome and outlook.
Proficiency in additional language(s) to English is considered an asset, but not mandatory.
