IN NEEED OF A CELL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Looking for someone interested in helping me with my note 9, I bought it off ebay as a live demo unit (for a much cheaper price) Looking to replace the radio/base band with one from my S7 so I can use it as a phone. I am also interested in learning how to do it if there is someone tech-y that can please help me do this and has actual real experience with building androids.
