Responsibilities:
- New and Pre Owned Sales Operations.
- Review New and Pre Owned performance reports.
- Recruit and train a performance sales team with a dedication to exceed customer expectations.
- Guide our sales team to meet established goals each quarter.
- Daily routines include sales management and full implementation of the sales process.
- Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis.
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all competitive products and services.
- Participate in off-site product and skill training programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in auto sales, sales management or finance management.
- Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Must have experience with CRM.
