We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Full-time Delivery Dispatcher to join our Team, in Dartmouth NS!
Responsibilities include:
• Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer delivery inquiries for heating oil, propane and diesel
• Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through trouble-shooting and/or solving delivery related problems, managing the needs of customers and escalating issues as appropriate
• Make difficult and time sensitive decisions to support business objectives in a fast paced environment
• Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded
• Responsible for ensuring there is time allocated for future bookings based on capacity and demand forecast
• Research, analyze and evaluate multiple reports to drive efficiencies
• Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is an asset
• Ability to listen and respond to customer inquiries
• 2-3 years customer service experience required
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, strong analytical skills, excellent computer skills, attention to detail and effective time management
