My name is Christi Ray and I am a French teacher with over 10 years of experience teaching students of all ages, all levels, and all learning needs. I am from Québec city and have earned 2 honors bachelor’s degrees in Education and Psychology. I am currently completing a master’s degree in education. I am passionate about helping others appreciate the beauty of the French language and culture. I am a professional, supportive, patient, and reliable teacher who tailors my teaching techniques to match each students’ unique learning needs. I offer a variety of courses with a shared goal of complete French proficiency. Each course is taught one-on-one or in a small group setting (depending on your preference). For each course, you can set your own schedule for when you would like to have lessons. All courses provide all materials (including homework, class notes, and studying materials). Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced learner; these courses are tailored to fit your current proficiency level, as well as your learning goals. Each course provides a well-rounded experience that connects all aspects of the language (including: grammar, vocabulary, verbal comprehension and expression, reading, writing, and culture). Upon successful completion of any course, you will earn a certificate of completion, which you can use to increase your educational and professional opportunities in Canada and around the world.
