We are a Canadian couple who own this condominium in Estero, Florida - southwest Florida's best kept secret! Stay once and you will want to return. We are located in a very friendly, safe, well lit, beautiful gated community with many amenities including 2 heated pools, 3 tennis courts, newly renovated fitness center, library, billiards room, shuffleboard, bocce ball, 9 hole golf course. All amenities are included in our rental fee. We have golf clubs and tennis rackets for guests to use. Our gated community is large so you can enjoy long walks and bike rides without leaving the gates. We are 8 miles to several beautiful beaches and minutes from Coconut Point Mall and the Miromar outlets. Nature lovers will appreciate the many parks, including the Everglades, that are within an hour’s drive. Our unit has tile throughout and all furniture features leather upholstery. There is also a tiled and screened in lanai with patio furniture off the living room. It is fully equipped for a relaxing vacation stay. The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen essentials (dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.) In unit laundry with washer and dryer. October and November are available for $US 1700 per month. December is available for $US 1800. May is available for $US 1600. January, February, March and April are already booked. There is an additional $US 125 fee for basic cleaning of the unit after your stay. It is 15 minutes from the Ft. Myers airport, 45 minutes from the Punta Gorda Airport, 1 hr.45 mins. from the Ft. Lauderdale airport, 2 hr from the Tampa airport, and 2.5 hr from the Orlando airport. Everyone who has stayed with us has returned. You would enjoy an escape from the cold weather in Estero!
