Cottage is located 15 minutes south of Picton, Ontario on a year-round accessible/county-serviced road.
Main floor is large, bright, open-concept kitchen/dining room and living room with floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and large raised deck overlooking the huge front yard and beach.
Cottage has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms have new Ikea queen-sized/twin beds. One bedroom also has bunkbeds available and two daybeds are also availabe. Can easily sleep 10 adults comfortably.
Large, open kitchen and adjoining patio overlooks front yard and beach with new fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry and pass-through to the dining area. Cookware, dishware and glassware are provided. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms located on this level.
Lower level of the cottage contains three bedrooms, bathroom and family room, with walk-out onto large yard and beach. Gas fireplace is fully functional.
Large laundry area with new washer and dryer.
Security system, two-car garage with inside entry and door opener. Additional parking for 4-6 vehicles is provided.
