DIRECTIONS: From Ellerslie Road, turn SOUTH onto 91 Street, go through the lights, on the right hand side is the building. Loads of parking, park in the back and go in the door beside the Brown Butter Café, you will see the 1524 number, on the building as per attached photo then go to 2nd floor, take a left from the elevator and follow the hallway to the suite #210. Bring indoor runner only.

All shapes, sizes, fitness level, doesn’t matter, this class is for you, even if you haven’t worked out forever or are brand new to fitness.. It works every muscle in your body, I teach you 4 styles of kickboxing then we have a circuit around the room for 1 minute intervals of cross training then self defense moves then amazing ABS

NO EQUIPMENT (I SUPPLY IT)

Kickboxers have incredible bodies because they unlike most athletes, use all aspects of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, speed of movement, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, body composition, motor skills etc and with an added bootcamp style circuit this is the workout for YOU!!! With all this different kind of training, your body composition will shift, you’ll see less fat and leaner muscles. Kickboxers have both strength and endurance... best of both worlds
