Lakefront cottage on Sparrow Lake just south of Gravenhurst. Ideal for two or three couples as there are two master bedrooms and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Air conditioning, backup generator, all kitchen supplies and barbecue. Part of a 18 cottage fractional ownership that covers over 2,000 feet of shore line.
Includes tennis court, salt water pool, bikes, fire pits with wood supplied, boat docking, canoes, kayaks, row boats.
Attached Video was taken by someone at cottage 7 but ours is cottage 18, the last cottage on the road.
Rental is for one week only from Sunday at 6 pm to Sunday at 2 pm (cleaners come in a replace bedding and clean cottage for next weeks owners/guests)
