This beautiful modern lakefront cottage is located in the peaceful Leamington/Wheatley area, right on Lake Erie. Sleeps 4 adults. Listen to the waves while you fall asleep, watch the gorgeous sunrises, have a dip in the secluded hot tub or just curl up on the large sectional couch and binge on Netflix! There is a propane firepit on the deck or a wood firepit at the side PLUS we provide the wood for weekend renters ! Less than a 12 minute drive to Point Pelee (birder's paradise), 5 minutes to conservation areas and Wheatley harbour/boat launch is just a minute away. Less than 20 minutes to Pelee winery which could be just your first stop on the EPIC Wine Country tour. Well behaved dog owners and their pets are welcome ;)** Renter's must be minimum of 30 years of age and proof of age is required. 54" flat screen tv with netflix, wifi, linens and toiletries for 4 people incl.
