Welcome to our cottage! Nestled among the pine, birch and cedars of Muskoka , with 210 feet of lake frontage this is the perfect private little getaway for those seeking a respite from the stresses of city life. It's been a labour of love to turn this long neglected house into the cozy, clean, character home it is now and we are thrilled to share it with you! Need to rest and rejuvenate? Catch some rays on the deck or the dock, Catch the sunset from the hottub or star gaze around the camp fire.
WEEKLY rentals Monday- Sunday (6 nights) 1600.00

fully equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything except food
water is potable(spring fed) from all taps
BBQ and Firepit- propane and wood provided
Sheets are provided but bring your own pillows and towels.
Lots of parking, boat launch just around the corner.
Great swimming and fishing in 3 Mile Lake- just 15 steps down a gentle slope to the waterfront.
The village of Burks Falls is a 12 minute drive and has all amenities; Valuemart, LCBO, banks, library, Tim Hortons, Landmark Pub, etc. There's also a well stocked convenience store- Katrine General only 5 kms. away.
